Common terms and abbreviations used in WWII Online.
Name Value
Delta: Military phonetic term for the latter D
D#: Distance from target in # yards
Disco: Means you lost connection from the game host
Dump: Means a large number of players lost connection to the game host
Dweeb: A new or inexperienced player
Ditch: Landing outside of an airstrip, usually out of necessity
Dogfight: An air to air battle
DD: Destroyer
d520: French aircraft model
daimler: British armored scout car
db7: French Bomber Model
docks: spawning point for small naval ships
Drag: lead EA low to destination
depot: Infantry spawn Point 3 storey bulding with roof access and multiple exits usually sighted near a flag building.
